金连解毒颗粒提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的优选金连解毒颗粒提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以绿原酸及浸膏得率为指标,考察加水量、煎煮时间及煎煮次数对提取效果的影响。结果金连解毒颗粒最佳提取工艺条件为加8倍量水、煎煮3次、每次1.5h。结论该工艺合理、可行,可为金连解毒颗粒的生产提供参考数据。OBJECTIVE To study the optimal extraction technology for J inlian J iedu granules. METHODS Orthogonal design was used to evaluate the index of the chlorogenic acid and the dired cream yield with three parameters of amount of water, extraction hours and times of extraction. RESULTS The optimun extration technology conditions were as follow： adding 8 folds of water, extracting three times and 1.5 hour each time, CONCLUSION The extraction technology is reasonable and feasible which can provide reference for prepa- ration of Jinlian Jiedu granules.
