摘  要:目的建立银黄颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法索氏提取2h,采用紫外分光光度法,在279nm波长处测定吸光度,从而测定银黄颗粒中黄芩苷的含量。结果线性范围0.003328~0.009984mg.mL-1(r=0.9998),平均回收率97.08%,RSD=1.11%(n=5)。结论该法简便易行、重现性好、结果可靠,可用于该剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a UV Spectrophotometry method for the content of baicalin in Yinhuang granules.METHODS UV Spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of baicalin in Yinhuang granules. The samples were detected at 279 nm. RESULTS The linear range for baicalin was 0.003328- 0.009984mg·mL^-1(r=0.9998); The recovery rate was 97.08%,RSD= 1.11%(n=5).CONCLUSION This method is easy-to-handle with good accuracy and reproducibility, and is suitable for the quality control of Yin- huang granules.
