下肢深静脉血栓形成患者下腔静脉滤器置入的护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨对下肢深静脉血栓形成(Deep vein thrombosis,DVT)患者行下腔静脉滤器置入前后的护理。方法:通过对75例已行下腔静脉滤器(Inferior vena eava filter,IVCF)置人患者的回顾性分析。结果:75例中无过分担心、忧虑、恐惧者发生,穿刺点无大出血及感染发生。住院期间无血栓脱落等严重并发症及死亡者发生。结论:只要对置入滤器可能发生的问题进行针对性预防与护理,可避免远期并发症的发生。Objective：To investigate the nursing for patients with deep venous thrombosis before and after placing inferior vena cava filter. Methods ：A retrospective analysis of the 75 patients who have been placed inferior vena cava filter. Results： Serious complications,for example,overly worried,anxiety,fear,the puncture point hemorrhage,infection,thrombosis falling off, death,and so on,have not occurred during hospitalization of the 75 patients. Conclusion：As long as targeted prevention and nursing,the short term of filtering can be completely prevented.
