摘　　要：目的:探讨"二袖套法"行大鼠原位肝移植模型制作失败的原因及其预防措施。方法:2007年4月至10月练习采用"二袖套法"制备大鼠原位肝移植模型,练习总数79例。回顾性分析这79例手术,并对其进行总结分类。结果:模型建立的后期阶段与早期相比,24 h成活率由早期的18.3%上升到后期的93.3%。结论:通过对手术失败原因加以分析与总结,进一步熟悉并改进了"二袖套法"原位肝移植技术,大大提高了模型成功率。Objective： To discuss the failure factors and the preventive measures by two-cuff technique for orthotopic liver transplantation in rats. Methods： The models of orthotopic liver transplantation in rats were done by two-cuff technique from April to October in 2007. The total numbers were 79 cases. The 79 cases were analysed retrospectively and classified. Results： The survival rate of the models beyond 24 hours increased from 18.3% in the early stages to 93.3 % in the late stages. Conclusion： Through the analysis and summary of the operation failure factors, two-cuff technique for orthotopic liver transplantation in rats of the models is improved and the successful rate of models is raised greatly.
