微波干燥法对棉纱上染率影响的研究

摘　　要：本文针对棉纱液氨改性工艺，提出了用微波干燥法去除残留氨的方法并设计了微波干燥法去除残留氨的实验系统，比较了运用微波干燥法和普通干燥法去除残留氨对棉纱上染率的影响。通过实验系统不仅验证了微波干燥法去除残留氨理论的正确性，也为棉纱染色工艺的设计提供了工程应用数据。This paper directs toward ammonia removal in liquid ammonia treatment technique, raises a method to ammonia removal by microwave drying-out, designs an experiment system on ammonia removal by microwave drying-out, and compares the influences of rate of dye-uptake between the methods of microwave drying-out and ordinary drying-out. Through the experiment system, microwave drying-out liquid ammonia theory can be verified and the data used in project can be got for designing cotton yarn dyeing process.
