摘　　要：分析了手电筒开关座的成形工艺,设计了级进模排样方案和模具结构。节约了较贵重的模具钢用量,降低了模具制造加工难度和工作量,对模具主要零部件的制造工艺也作了扼要的介绍。Analyzed forming technology of the switch base of torch, designed layout and die structure of progressive die, saved precious die steel, lowed difficulty and workload of die manufacturing, the manufacture technics of main parts of the die were introduced pithily.
