摘　　要：和谐公安机关的建立,即形成以和谐警队文化为载体,以公安机关的思想和谐、组织和谐及心理和谐建设为突破口,推动公安机关内部形成和谐的人际关系、良好的运转秩序。在管理中树立民主的观念,实行以人为本的管理策略,营造和谐的管理氛围。The establishment of the harmonious public security organs should regard the harmonious police culture as carrier, regard the ideas harmonious, organization harmonious and mental harmonious in the inner public security organs as the breakthrough, so as to push the establishment of the harmonious relations, good organization order and harmonious environment in the inner public security organs. And we should set up the democratic concept, the management strategy focused on people and harmonious management atmosphere.
