关于涉外警务人才培养的思考

摘　　要：经济、信息、科技全球化的现实已使我国的涉外警务管理工作面临着越来越多的新挑战。如何培养具有国际意识和国际执法能力的复合型和应用型涉外警务人才,满足国际社会治安管理和刑事侦查工作的需要,已成为公安教育面临的最为重要的问题之一。本文从涉外警务人才培养的必要性、规格与标准、范式等三个方面对这一问题做了探讨。Globalization of economy, information, scientific technology has made China＇ s international policing administration faced with a growing number of new challenges. How to educate comprehensive and practical talents of international policing with international awareness and law enforcement capabilities to meet the needs of international public security administration and criminal investigation, which has became one of the most important issues encountered by police education. This paper discusses the issue from the following three aspects respectively： necessity of training international policing talents, specifications and standards, as well as paradigm of international policing talents.
