摘  要:特高压直流输电(UHVDC)用晶闸管的测试和试验除了必须满足常规的项目要求之外,还必须进行一些普通工业应用极少提及的特殊项目,例如雪崩电压特性(长雪崩和短雪崩)测试。文章论述了一种±800kV特高压直流输电用晶闸管的雪崩特性测试及测试台的研制。该设备采用计算机自动控制,数据采集、电压电流波形显示、测试结果记录均由LABVIEW编写的控制程序完成,使用简便、自动化程度高。The testing and examination of thyristor for Ultra High Voltage Direct Current Transmission (UHVDC) project not only must meet the ordinary items, but also carry out other special items, such as the avalanche voltage'characteristic (including long avalanche and short avalanche) testing, which are not importance for common industrial applications. The development of avalanche characteristic testing equipment of the thyristor for 800 kV UHVDC project is introduced. The equipment is controlled by the computer automatically. Data collection, voltage and current waveform display and the testing result record are finished by the control program based on LABVIEW. It can be operated easily with high automation.
