冬凌草细胞的悬浮培养研究

摘　　要：以冬凌草愈伤组织为实验材料,研究了培养基组分、接种量等培养条件对冬凌草细胞悬浮培养的影响,结果表明MS基本培养基附加2,4-D 1.0 mg/L,NAA 0.5 mg/L,Vc 0.1 mg/L,30 g/L蔗糖为最佳培养基。同时选择适宜的接种量和合适的摇床转速,能够建立起良好的冬凌草细胞悬浮体系。With Robdosia Rubescens （Hemsl） Hara＇s healing organs as the experiment material, a study was conducted about the influence of culturing conditions like genotype,explants and medium cent on Robdosia rubescens （Hemsl） Hara suspension culture. The results showed that the best explants are MS appended 2,4-D1. 0mg/L, NAA0. 5mg/L, Vc0. 1mg/L, 30g/L sucrose. Appropriate inoculating quantity and table rotation speed can establish a good suspension system for Robdosia Rubescens （Hemsl） Hara cells.
