摘　　要：基于对唐山市采煤业青年农民工的调查,认为青年农民工自身的维权意识较以前有了提高,指出青年农民工将成为社会保障系统的新成员,提出要树立"以人为本"理念,努力提高青年农民工的社会保障。Based on the investigation of the young migrant workers in Tangshan coal mining industry, the paper thinks that the there has been greater improvement in safeguarding young migrant workers＇ consciousness of safeguarding their rights and interest than before, points out that they will become the new members of social gurantee system and proposes establishing people-oriented concept and improving greatly their social guarantee.
