摘　　要：高校共青团组织应发挥自己的优势,建立全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人的工作机制,开展职业道德教育工作,将职业关键能力的培养贯穿于学校教育的始终和各个方面,使学生全员参与内容丰富的科技文化活动、体育活动和社会实践活动,将大学生的职业关键能力培养工作落到实处。Colleges, by means of the influence of the Communist Youth League,should and must strengthen the moral education of students and integrate the development of students＇ vocational ability with all other aspects of school education through an all-round education mechanism, which is actually realized through students＇ participation in abundant extracurricular activities and social practices.
