摘　　要：目的:探讨多排螺旋CT(multi slice spiral,MSCT)对胃癌分期的准确性。方法:对术前经胃镜活检证实的30例胃癌病人行MSCT三期增强扫描、三维重建及仿真内窥镜(CT virtual endoscopy,CTVE),并根据SCT结果作出分期诊断。结果:MSCT三期增强扫描、三维重建及仿真内窥镜三者结合对胃癌分期的准确率达86.3%。结论:MSCT三期增强扫描、三维重建及仿真内窥镜3种图像结合对胃癌分期的准确率很高,值得在临床推广。Objective：To investigate the accuracy of staging gastric cancer with multi slice spiral CT（MSCT）. Methods： MSCT,3D reformation images and CTVE were performed in 30 patients with gastric cancer confirmed by gastroscopy and biopsy. The MSCT images were confirmed with the findings at triphasic scanning of SCT .Results： The accuracy of staging gastric cancer by MSCT in combination with 3D reformation images and CTVE was 86.3%. Conclusion： The accuracy of staging gastric cancer by MSCT in combination with 3D reformation images and CTVE is very high. It is valuable to be extended clinically.
