顺尔宁治疗儿童哮喘疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨白三烯受体拮抗剂—顺尔宁治疗儿童哮喘的疗效及护理。方法:对80例儿童哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用顺尔宁,治疗过程中严密观察患者的症状、不良反应、呼气流量峰值占预计值的百分比(PEF%)及复发率。结果:治疗组症状缓解及肺部体征消失时间明显缩短,复发率低于对照组,PEF%1d、3d和5d均较对照组增高,20d时两组无显著性差异。结论:顺尔宁在治疗儿童哮喘中疗效确切、依从性好、服用方便、副作用少,减少复发,可替代预防性激素吸入。Objective： To discusses the curative effect observation and nursing of the white three alkene acceptor antagonist - Montelukast in treating the child asthma. Methods： 80 asthmatic children were randomly assigned to the observed group and the control group the treatment group adds Montelukast in basis on the control groups, in the course of treatment observing patient＇s symptom side effects PEF% and the recurrence rate strictly. Results： The symptom alleviation and the lungs symptom vanishing time reduces obviously in treatment group, the recurrence rate is lower than the control group, the PEF% in 1 d, 5 d and 5 d all increasing in compared with the control group, in 20d two groups having non-significance difference. Conclusions In treating the child asthma with Montelukast the curative effect is rather accurate, the compliance good, taking onveniently, the side effect few, reducing the recurrence, in place of the inhaled corticosteroids maybe.
