摘　　要：中国人民解放军的政治工作，是构成军队战斗力的重要因素。在训练实践中，必须采取有效的方法和手段，加强和改进思想政治工作的作战能力演练，在新时期的军事斗争实践中，促成思想政治工作形成现实战斗力。The military political work is becoming a very important factor in improving the armyman s combat effectiveness. In military training, effective measure should be taken to improve the ideological and political work during the process of achieving attack capabilities. In the new age, the ideological and political work must be enforced to enhance combat effectiveness.
