中西医结合治疗围绝经期胸腰椎压缩性骨折

摘　　要：目的观察中西药联合治疗老年绝经期胸腰椎压缩骨折的临床疗效。方法选择老年绝经期胸腰椎骨折患者158例,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗,对照组采用西医治疗方法。结果中西医结合治疗有效率为97.5%,西医治疗有效率为79.2%,两组疗效经统计学分析有显著性差异(2χ=15.7361,P=0.0001<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗围绝经期胸腰椎骨折,可提高临床疗效。Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and western medicine （WM） for postmenopausal thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture. Methods 158 women with postmenopausal thoracolumbar vertebral fracture were selected and randomly divided into two groups： combination treatment group （treated with combination of TCM and WM） and control group （ treated with western medicine alone）. Results The effective rate was 97.5% in the combination treatment group and that in the control group was 79.2%, there was significant difference between the two groups （X^2 = 15. 7361, P = 0.0001 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of combination of TCM and WM for postmenopausal thoracolumbar fractures is more significant than that of WM alone.
