摘　　要：随着消费信贷业务的迅速发展,有必要对其绩效进行全面评价。为此需要系统、科学地构建评价指标体系,并根据指标特性和AHP原理建立合适的无量纲化评分模型,做出综合评价和分析。With the rapid development of the consumption credit business, it would really be necessary to evaluate its general performance comprehensively. For this reason, an evaluation index system should be established scientifically and systematically. Then according to the characteristics of the indices, an appropriate nondimensional scoring model could be built based on AHP, which is used for making a comprehensive assessment and analysis.
