摘　　要：目的研究低流行状态下麻风病防治卫生资源应如何合理配置才能有利于防治工作的持续、有效开展。方法查阅深圳市麻风病防治历史资料,对深圳市各级麻风病防治机构的日常工作负责人进行访谈。结果深圳市建立起了较为完整的以慢性病防治院为中心与各级综合医院、社区康复中心和体检机构等综合性卫生服务体系相结合的麻风病防治网络,但防治专业人员数量较以前减少,病人误诊、漏诊现象依然十分明显,麻风病歧视仍然广泛存在。结论低流行状态下必须在市、区级保留麻风病防治专业机构和一定数量素质较高的专业人员,给予一定的经费,并进一步完善社区康复中心和体检机构等基层医疗机构职能。OBJECTIVES To investigate the current situation of leprosy control health resource in Sbenzben City. METHODS A literature search on leprosy control was carried out. The executives of every district leprosy prevention center were interviewed to learn the structure of the leprosy control health resource in Shcnzhcn City. RESULTS A complete leprosy control network, which was integrated into hospitals and community health centers and medical examination institutions, has been set up in Shenzhen City. But professionals for leprosy control were reduced, the rates of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of leprosy were still high, discrimination against leprosy patients still exists. CONCLUSIONS In order to integrate leprosy control into comprehensive health service, a number of leprosy control structures and professionals should be reserved, and the quality of leprosy control work in community health centers and medical examination institutions must be improved.
