摘　　要：综述了N-酰基ED3A螯合性表面活性剂对生态环境的影响、毒性以及对人体的刺激性,并介绍了相应的评价指标及方法,包括OECD封闭瓶试验、抑制微生物生长的能力评价法、对不同生物的毒性评价法以及体内和体外试管皮肤及眼睛刺激性试验。Safety performance, including impact to the environment, toxicity and irritation to human skin, of chelating surfactant N -acyl ED3A were reviewed. Indices and method used for the assessment of the product, covering OECD close bottle test, microbial growth inhibition test and toxicity test, as well as in -vivo and in -vitro dermal and eye irritation tests were presented.
