摘  要:目的了解临床分离的变形杆菌质粒介导的喹诺酮类耐药基因(qnr基因)存在情况。方法用PCR检测对146株变形杆菌的qnr基因。药敏试验用M-H肉汤微量稀释法。结果146株变形杆菌中有3株检出qnr基因:分别为qnrA、qnrB2、qnrS1,其中有1株同时携带qnrB2和qnrS1。qnrB2在第259位碱基发生C→A(精氨酸→丝氨酸)突变,3种qnr基因序列已在基因库注册,授权号:EF488761,EF488762,EF501989。3株qnr基因阳性株中2株为产ESBLs菌株。结论qnr基因在变形杆菌中的携带率较低。Objective To investigate the distribution of qnr gene in the clinical isolates of Proteus. Methods qnr gene was detected by PCR in 146 clinical isolates of Proteus. Antimierobial susceptibility was tested by M-H broth mierodilution. Results Of the 146 clinical isolates of Proteus, Three qnr gene, qnrA, qnrB2and qnrS1, were found in 3 isolates respectively. One of the 3 isolates carried both qnrB2 and qnrS1. Mutation of position 259 C→A was found in qnrB2. The 3 qnr genes were submitted to the GenBank database, and the accession numbers were EF488761, EF488762 and EF501989. Two of the 3 strains with qnr gene were ESBLs-produeing and multi-drug resistant. Conclusion The carriage rate of qnr gene was low in Proteus.
