盐析-树脂吸附法处理对羟基苯海因生产废水

摘　　要：采用盐析-树脂NDA-99双柱串联吸附组合工艺处理对羟基苯海因生产过程中排放的高浓度含酚废水。通过实验确定了最佳盐析参数及树脂吸附最佳工艺参数。实验结果表明:在最佳工艺条件下对该废水进行处理,挥发酚浓度降至10mg/L以下,去除率接近100%;COD降至400mg/L以下,去除率达90%以上。该工艺简单实用,可望实现工业化。A combined system including salt-out process and resin adsorption was applied to the treatment of wastewater from p-hydroxyphenylhydantoin production. The optimum parameters of both processes were obtained according to the experiment. Results showed that the concentration of volatile phenol and COD was below 10mg/L and 400mg/L, with removal efficiency close to 100% and up to 90% respectively. The process was simple and expected to realize industrialization.
