兔球虫病的实验室诊断

摘　　要：对北京市郊区某兔场发生的兔球虫病进行实验室诊断,剖检主要发现病死兔肝脏上有米粒到粟粒大小不等的黄白色结节,肠粘膜坏死脱落;组织病理学检查见肝脏胆管上皮大量增生,肝细胞萎缩,组织中可见大量球虫卵囊;肝脏结节压片及肠粘膜抹片检查均见球虫卵囊。诊断结果表明:该兔场发生的病例为以斯氏艾美耳球虫感染为主的混合型兔球虫病。The paper reported the laboratory diagnosis of coccidiosis occurred in some rabbit farms in the suburb of Beijing. Autopsy showed that many yellow-white coccidium nodules ranging from rice to millet were present in liver. Intestinal mucosa presented necrosis and shedding. Histopathologic examination showed the bile epithelium hyperplasia, hepatocyte atrophy and lots of oocysts of coccidium in hepatic tissues. Oocysts of coccidium were seen both in liver nodules slides and intestinal cancer slides. These results indicated that the diseases occurred in the field were hybrid coccidiosis primarily infected by Eimeira stiedai.
