摘 要:目的:建立乳块消片的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,为科学客观地评价其质量提供可靠的方法。方法:利用HPLC-DAD方法,梯度洗脱,测定了12批乳块消片的指纹图谱。色谱条件为:Eclipse XDB-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:采用甲醇(A)-3%醋酸水(B)体系;流速:1 mL.min-1;柱温:30℃;UV检测波长:280 nm。结果:12批乳块消片得到的色谱指纹图谱有28个共有峰,通过与对照品的保留时间及紫外光谱的比对,确定3,8,25,27号峰分别为丹参素、原儿茶醛、橙皮苷、丹酚酸B。结论:乳块消片的指纹图谱特征性及专属性强,可结合含量测定用于全面控制乳块消片的质量。Objective:To develop a sensitive and specific HPLC method for controlling the quality of Rukuaixiao tablets. Methods:The fingerprinting analysis of Rukuaixiao tablets was carried out on an Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm)with methanol and containing water solution as mobile phases in a gradient mode. The flow rate was 1 mL·min^-1, the column temperature was 30 ℃, and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Result: 28 characteristic peaks were found among 12 batches of samples and four peaks of them identified by being compared with the retention time and the UV spectra of reference substances. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable with high specificity and can be used for the quality control of Rukuaixiao tablets.
