摘　　要：目的：建立以高效液相色谱法测定祛痹舒肩丸中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。方法：色谱柱为C18柱（4.0 mm×250 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-水（30∶70）,检测波长为270 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min^-1,柱温为室温。结果：淫羊藿苷在（0.199 2～3.984）μg范围内浓度与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0.999 8,n=7）,平均加样回收率为98.2%,RSD为2.1%（n=6）。结论：本方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于祛痹舒肩丸的质量控制。Objective：To develop a HPLC method for determination of icariin in Qubi Shujian Pills.Method：The analysis was carried out on a Diamonsil C18 column （4.0 mm×250 mm, 5 μm） with a mobile phase acetonitrile-water （30：70）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 at the room temperature and the UV detection wavelength was 270 nm. Results：The calibration curve was Livear at the range of （0. 199 2 - 3.984）μg for the icariin （ r = 0.999 8, n = 7）. The average recovery rate was 98.2 % and RSD was 2.1% （ n = 6）. Conclusion： The method was rapid, sensitive and accurate, and could be used for the quality control of this preparation.
