摘 要:基于常用不锈钢钢种1Cr18Ni9,通过降低Ni含量,增加Al含量,设计新型低镍不锈钢。通过WS-4非自耗电弧炉熔炼,得到三种不同成分的低镍高铝不锈钢,用金相显微镜研究其显微组织,并对其屈服强度、硬度等力学性能进行了测试;同时研究了合金的高温抗氧化性能。结果表明,通过降镍增铝,1Cr18Ni9不锈钢的显微组织由奥氏体向铁素体转变,基体组织中析出的金属间化合物逐渐增加,其屈服强度、硬度、高温抗氧化性都有大幅度提高。A new low nickel stainless steel was designed by AI addition partially instead of Ni in 1Cr18Ni9. Three low nickel high aluminum stainless steels with different compositions were prepared by the WS-4 non-consumable arc furnace. The microstructure of the three alloys was investigated by optical microscope, the yield strength and hardness of the three steels were measured and the oxidation resistances at elevated temperature were studied as well. The results show that the microstructure evolves from austenite to ferrite by increasing AI and decreasing Ni. The intermetallice compound precipated from the matrix, the yield strength, hardness and oxidation resistance at elevated temperature increase significantly.
