中药联合多贝斯治疗糖尿病视网膜病变临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药联合多贝斯(羟苯磺酸钙)治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的临床疗效。方法将糖尿病视网膜病变患者44例(78眼)随机分为中西医结合组23例(40眼)和西药组21例(38眼),西药组采用基础和多贝斯治疗,中西医结合组在西药组用药基础上加用中药治疗,疗程4月。测定视力变化,眼底镜观察视网膜病理改善情况,彩色多普勒超声观察视网膜中央动脉和睫状后动脉血流动力学指标。结果两组治疗后视力构成比无统计意义(P>0.05),中西医结合组视网膜病理改变和血流动力学改善优于西药组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论中药联合多贝斯对DR患者视网膜病理和血流动力学改善更明显,对视力的效果有待进一步探讨。Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of Chinese drugs combine with Duobeisi for diabetic retinopathy （DR）. Methods 44 cases of DR （78 eyes） were divided into Chinese combined with Western medicine group （23 cases, 40 eyes） and Western medicine group （21 cases, 38 eyes）. Basic treatment and Duobeisi were taken in the Western medicine group, While the Chinese combined with Western medicine group was added Chinese drugs, 4 months was one course treatment. Determined the vision and observed retina pathologic change by ophthalmoscope and hemodynamics in central artery of retina and posterior ciliary arteries by color Doppler ultrasonic examination. Results The vision compose proportion had no difference （P 〉0. 05）. The pathologic change and hemodynamics in Chinese combined with Western medicine group were superior to the Western medicine group （P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Coninsion Chinese drugs combine with Duobeisi can improve the pathologic change and hemodynamics in DR obviously, but to the effect of vision, need to further research.
