摘  要:介绍了基于GPRS的油田抽油机远程在线监控系统,其中对系统结构、工作原理、硬件构成及软件设计进行了比较详尽的论述。该系统实现了对油田抽油机多种工作状态参数的现场检测、远程传输和集中处理,并可及时发现、消除由于抽油机故障引发的油田作业缺陷,对确保油田的安全生产具有十分重要的意义。实践证明该系统运行稳定、可靠。This paper presents a kind of remote on-line monitoring system designed for oil extractors in an oil field based on the GPRS, and gives full description of the system structure, working principle, hardware configuration and software design. This system can minitor various parameters to show the working condition of the oil extractors on the spot and transmitted remotely as well as dispose them in a centralized way. Besides, the system can also detect and eliminate the defect of oil operation caused by the faut of any oil extractor, which is important for the oil field to keep its production in safety. The system is proved steady and reliable.
