摘　　要：根据工业生态化的基本原理,分析了钢铁工业能源综合利用的生态学内涵,对比传统钢铁行业能源的利用方式,阐述了现代钢铁企业能源综合利用对节约资源和保护环境的重要性,重点研究了钢铁企业二次能源回收利用的途径,最后对我国钢铁行业在能源综合利用中存在的问题进行了剖析,提出提高能源综合利用水平的政策建议。Based on the theory of industrial ecology, the connotation of comprehensive utilization of energy in iron and steel industry was analyzed. The importance of comprehensive utilization of energy was expounded in terms of resources - conversion and environment - protection. Recycle using ways of secondary energy in iron and steel industry were studied. At last, put forward some policy advices through analyzed problems of old policy system of the industry in our country.
