摘 要:目的:观察加味青麟丸(JL)对老龄大鼠免疫能力的影响。方法:选用wistar大鼠120只,随机分为6组.即4月龄空白对照组(4C组)、14月龄空白对照组(14C组)、14月龄加味青麟丸组(14JL组)、24月龄空白对照组(24C组)、24月龄加味青麟丸组(24JL组)和14—24月龄加味青麟丸组(14~24JL组),每组各20只。雌雄各半。空白对照各组:在4月龄时先剖检4c组大鼠,用于对照。其余40只大鼠用普通饲料喂养,每晨灌喂与加味青麟丸等量的生理盐水。"-3喂至14月龄时剖检14C组大鼠;同法,当喂至24月龄时剖检24C组大鼠。加味青麟丸各组:每晨灌喂加味青麟丸水溶液,其生药量按人与大鼠体表面积换算的等效剂量0.54.g/(kg·d),每周称1次体重。14JL组即从4月龄每晨灌喂加味青麟丸至14月龄;24JL组即从4月龄每晨灌胃加味青麟丸至24月龄;14~24JL组即先普食喂养至14月龄,然后开始每晨灌喂加味青麟丸至24月龄。测定血清IL-2水平、胸腺指数、脾脏指数。结果:14C组和14JL组大鼠脾脏指数、胸腺指数、血清IL-2水平均低于4C组(P〈0.05),14C组大鼠与14JL组比较无明显差异(P〉0.05)。24C组、24JL组和14~24JL组大鼠胸腺指数、脾脏指数、血清IL-2水平均明显低于4C组(P〈0.01)。24JL组明显高于24C组(P〈0.01),14~24JL组亦明显高于24C组(P〈0.01),24JL组与14~24JL组比较无明显差异(P〉0.05)。结论:加味青麟丸具有提高免疫力从而达到抗衰老的作用。objective : The aim is to study the influence of Jiaweiqinglinwan on improving immune function of the aged rat. Methods: 120 Wistar rats (half male and female) were dividedly randomly into 6 groups: 4 month control group (4C), 14 month control group (14C), 14 month drug group (14JL), 24 month control group (24C), 24 month drug group (24JL) and 14-24 month drug group (14-24JL). The control groups: corresponding volume of NS. was administrated to animals in the morning, rats in 4C group were dissected on the 4th month, rats in 14C group were dissected on the 14th month, and so on; The JL groups: corresponding volume of JL was administrated to animals in the morning and body weight was recorded each week. Rats in 14JL group was administrated with JL from 4th month to 14th month, rats in 24JL group was administrated with JL from 4th month to 24th month, and rats in 14-24JL group was administrated with JL from 14th month to 24th month. The serum IL-2 level, thymus index and spleen index were determined. Results: The serum IL-2 level, thymljs index, spleen index of the rats in 14C and 14JL group were lower than those in 4C group ( P 〈 0.05), while the value between 14C and 14JL had no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05). The serum IL-2 level, thymus index, spleen index of the rats in 24C, 24JL and 14-24JL group were higher than those in 24C group ( P 〈 0.01 ), while the value between 24JL and 14-24JL had no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: Jiaweiqinglinwan (JL) may possibly raise the immune function of the aged rats, in order to express its anti-aging effect.
