摘　　要：介绍了麦草原料中木素、纸浆中残余木素、黒液中溶出木素的几种分离方法;详细论述了紫外、红外、核磁共振等光谱技术在研究木素结构上的应用。Introduced several separation methods on lignin in wheat straw material, residual lignin in the pulp, dissolved lignin in the liquid ; detailed discussed the application of the UV,IR,NMR spectroscopy in the study of lignin structure.
