滋阴活血中药治疗精液迟缓液化症的临床研究

摘　　要：【目的】观察滋阴活血中药治疗精液迟缓液化症(SDL)的临床疗效。【方法】将290例患者随机分为2组。治疗组230例口服滋阴活血中药(主要由麦冬、玄参、女贞子、旱莲草、丹参、红花、三棱、土鳖虫等组成),对照组60例给予糜蛋白酶肌肉注射,并口服维生素C和葡萄糖酸锌。观察两组临床疗效和治疗前后精液主要参数的变化以及精浆前列腺特异性抗原、酸性磷酸酶、柠檬酸和锌的含量变化。【结果】治疗组治愈156例,好转57例,无效17例,总有效率为92.6%;对照组治愈21例,好转17例,无效22例,总有效率为63.3%;两组比较,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。在精液主要参数方面,治疗后两组的精液液化时间均较治疗前缩短,精子活率和a级精子活率均较治疗前提高(P<0.05或P<0.01);两组比较,治疗组的精液液化时间、精子活率和a级精子活率均较对照组有明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01)。在精浆主要参数方面,治疗后两组的前列腺特异性抗原、酸性磷酸酶、柠檬酸和锌的含量均较治疗前有明显提高(P<0.01),且治疗组对上述指标的改善作用优于对照组(P<0.01)。【结论】滋阴活血法是治疗SDL的有效方法,在提高精液质量、改善前列腺功能方面有显著功效。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal medicine for seminal delayed liquefaction（SDL）.Methods Two hundred and ninety SDL patients were randomized into two groups.Group A（N=230）received oral use of yin-nourishing and blood-activating herbal medicine（mainly composed of Radix Ophiopogonis,Radix Scrophulariae,Fructus Ligustri Lucidi,Herba Ecliptae,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Flos Carthami,Rhizoma Sparganii,Eupolyphaga seu Steleophaga）,and group B（N=60）received intramuscular injection of chymotrypsin and oral use of vitamin C and zinc gluconate.The therapeutic effect in the two groups were evaluated after treatment,and the changes of main parameters of seminal liquid as well as the seminal plasma contents of prostate specific antigen（PSA）,acid phosphatase（AP）,citric acid（CA）and zinc were observed before and after treatment.Results In group A,156 patients were cured,57 effective,17 ineffective and the total effective rate was 92.6%;in group B,21 patients were cured,17 effective,22 ineffective and the total effective rate was 63.3%.The Therapeutic effect was better in group A than that in group B（P〈0.01）.Seminal liquefaction time was shortened,sperm viability rate and a-sperm viability rate were improved in the two groups after treatment（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 as compared with those before treatment）,and the improvement of the above indexes in group A was superior to group B（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.As for the changes of main parameters of seminal plasma,PSA,AP,CA and zinc contents were increased in the two groups after treatment（P〈0.01 as compared with those before treatment）,and the improvement of the above indexes in group A was superior to group B（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Yin-nourishing and blood-activating herbal medicine exerts a good effect for SDL by increasing the quality of seminal liquid and improving the prostate function.
