摘  要:目的:系统评价用母牛分枝杆菌菌苗辅助治疗复治性及耐多药结核的临床疗效。方法:收集国内、外用母牛分枝杆菌菌苗辅助治疗复治性及耐多药结核的临床对照试验文献,利用RevMan软件进行Meta分析,对不同合并结果进行敏感度分析,用漏斗图分析发表性偏倚。结果:共17篇文章进入研究,评分指标总体优于对照组,漏斗图提示存在发表性偏倚。结论:母牛分枝杆菌菌苗与化疗药物联合应用可提高复治性及耐多药结核的疗效,但要评价其远期效果,还有待增大样本量作进一步研究。OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of mycobacterium vaccae vaccine (M.Vaccae) as an adjunctive therapy in the treatment of relapsing and multi-drug resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) . METHODS: Literatures about controlled clinical trials on M.Vaccae which used as an adjunctive therapy in the treatment of relapsing and multi-drug resistant tuberculosis both at home and abroad were retrieved for a meta-analysis by using the statistical software Review Manager (RevMan 4.2). A sensitivity analysis was carried out for the different merging results, and funnel-plot was used to identify the publication bias. RESULTS: A total of 17 studies were retrieved. Comparing with control group, the treatment group had significant improvement in treatment indexes. Funnel - plot showed the existence of publication bias. CONCLUSION: It initially proved that M.Vaccae combined with chemotherapy may increase clinical effects in the treatment of relapsing and multi-drug resistant tuberculosis. But to evaluate its long- term efficacy, further study with larger sample size remained to be done.
