摘  要:以磷酸锌钠为催化剂,催化苯甲醛与氰乙酸乙酯进行Knoevenagel缩合反应.用熔点测定仪,IR,GC-MS表征了缩合产物,结果表明缩合产物为α-氰基肉桂酸乙酯.产物的总产率为81.1%,其中反式产物与顺式产物的比例分别为98.2%,1.8%.本文的实验结果表明,磷酸锌钠无须负载任何东西,其本身就是一种催化芳香醛和活泼亚甲基化合物发生Knoevenagel缩合反应的良好催化剂,该反应可在温和的条件下高效地进行,产品产率高、纯度好、操作和后处理简单方便.Sodium zinc phosphate was used as the catalyst for Knoevenagel condensation of benzaldehyde with ethyl cyanoacetate. The products were characterized with measure of melting point,IR and GC-MS. The characteristics results indicated that the products were ethyl a-cyanocinnamates which the total yield was 81.1% ,the trans-one and cis-one of the products were 98. 2%, 1. 8%,respectively. In this paper, the experimental results showed that sodium zinc phosphate without loading anything was a good catalyst for Knoevenagel condensation of aromatic aldehydes with active methylene compounds. The condensation was reacted efficiently at mild condition, the yield and purity were good, the reaction procedure was simple.
