摘 要:锁模螺母是电动螺旋轮胎硫化机产生和传递锁模力的关键部件。因此正确设计锁模螺母直接关系到螺旋式轮胎定型硫化机的性能和可靠性,锁模螺母的正常工作既保证了整机运行的稳定性和对中精度,又保证了轮胎制品的质量。本文通过有限元法分析锁模状态下锁模螺母的各种力学特性,在满足工作要求的基础上,重点对结构进行优化,通过结构优化,比原结构节省了25%的材料,同时改善了螺母的机加工性能,降低了成本,提高了效益,对硫化机锁模螺母设计具有工程实践的指导意义。Locking nut is the key component of electrical operated screw tire shapping and curing press for producing and transferring locking force, therefore the correct design of locking nut directly related to the performance and reliability of tire shapping and curing press with screw type. The normal work of locking nut not only can ensure the stability and accuracy of overall operation, but also guarantees the quality of tire products. By using finite element, analyzed the various mechanical characteristics of locking nut in the state of clamped. On the basis of meeting the work requirements, focused on structure optimization, through optimizing the structure, saved materials by 25% than the original structure, at the same time improved the nut machining performance, and reduced the cost and increased efficiency. All above that has great engineering practice significance for locking nut design of curing press.
