摘　　要：用原子结构理论、热力学理论和相对论性效应讨论了"惰性电子对效应",分析说明了"惰性电子对效应"称为"惰性价电子效应"更准确.The effects of inert electron has been discussed based on the theory of atomic structure, Relativistic effects and thermodynamic theory in this paper. It concluded that the effects of inert valence electron should be named instead of effects of inert electron.
