摘　　要：轧钢厂中小型材车间在生产Cr12时常出现劈头、劈尾情况,不仅造成该钢种的生产率低下,小时产量低,同时也极大的影响了Cr12的成材率。针对生产实际情况,对该钢种加热工艺进行摸索,加强控制,保证加热质量,为顺利轧制创造条件。Cracking on the head and end always occurred during the production of steel Crl2 in Small Sections Workshop, which led to lower output and productivity and reduced the yield. Based on the actual production, research on the heating process has been made from the aspect of enhancing control and assuring heating effect, so as to provide a good pre - condition for the roiling of the steel.
