摘　　要：介绍单总线数字温度传感器DS18B20的基本原理,通过对DS18B20的特性、内部结构以及单总线技术特点的深入分析,以Intel公司的80C52单片机为平台开发高精度数字温度计,包括系统设计方案、硬件组成、软件编程,通过与传统测温装置相比较,基于DS18B20的数字温度传感器具有结构简单、测温精度高、稳定可靠的优点。This text introduces the principles of digital temperature sensor DS18B20,and deeply researches the structure, sensor properties and single bus technique, taking 80C52 of Intel Company as the platform developed high accuracy digital thermometer, including system design scheme, hardware constitution, software programming, comparing with the traditional, temperature measuremat device DS18B20-based digital temperature sensor has the advantages of simple structure,high accuracy and dependable.
