摘　　要：目的了解吉林省居民高血压患病率及防治状况。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,样本覆盖全省9个地区,共抽取12个县(区),每个县(区)抽取3个(乡镇)街道、6个(村)委,共6572户13549人,调查于2002年开展,经询问调查获得居民个人基本情况,通过体检获得血压数据。结果吉林省成人收缩压均值为(120.4±14.8)mmHg,舒张压均值为(79.9±10.0)mmHg;理想血压率为34.0%;高血压患病率为22.2%;血压正常高值率17.1%;居民测血压率38.8%;高血压知晓率、治疗率、控制率分别为27.4%、20.1%、3.0%。结论吉林省成人高血压患病率高,防治状况薄弱,开展高血压综合防治迫在眉睫。Objective To comprehend fire prevalence rate and prevention and treatment situation of hypertension in adults of Jilin province. Methods Multistage stratified cluster random sampling was carried out for the survey. A total of 13 549 adults were investigated.The samples were acquired from 12 counties （districts） of 9 areas of the province, and 3 streets （countrysides） and 6 villages were further drew out from each county （district） .The basic situations of the residents were acquired by questioning survey method, and the data of blood pressure （BP） were collected by health examinations. Results The mean value of the systolic pressure in fire adults （aged 18 years and older） in Jilin province was （120.4± 14.8） mmHg, and the mean value of the diastolic pressure was （79.9 ±10.0） mmHg.34.0% of the adults had optimal BP.The prevalence rate of hypertension was 22.2%. Rate of the high point of normal BP was 17.1%. The monitoring rate of the BP was 38.8%. The awareness rate, the treatment rate and the control rate of hypertension were 27.4 %, 20.1%, 3.0%, respectively. Conclusion The prevalence rate of hypertension in the adults was high, while the situation of the preventation and treatment was weak. Comprehensive measures for prevention and treatment should be formulated urgently.
