摘　　要：建设社会主义新农村是我们党在全面把握我国经济社会发展阶段性特征的基础上,从党和国家事业发展的全局出发确定的一项重大历史任务,具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。科学发展观是建设社会主义新农村的根本指针,充分调动包括青年在内的广大人民群众的积极性、主动性和创造性,将科学发展观贯彻落实到江西老区新农村建设中。基层团组织要把握江西老区实际情况,创新工作模式,扎实推进社会主义新农村建设。Constructing new socialist countryside is our party＇ s fundamental duty based on comprehensive evaluation of the characteristics in building the nation＇ s economy and society. Scientific development concept is the basic guideline in constructing the socialist new countryside, which includes the full play of youth＇ s enthusiasm and their initiative and creativity. The basic Communist Youth League organizations must grasp the reality of Jiangxi ＇ s old liberated areas, implement the scientific development concept in building new countryside there, innovate the working model, and effectively enhance the cause of the socialist new countryside construction.
