十六胺乙基磺酸钠的合成和性能研究

摘  要:以十六胺和溴乙磺酸钠为原料合成了十六胺乙基磺酸钠,用单因素优选法研究了影响反应的因素,优化反应条件为n(十六胺):n(溴乙磺酸钠)=1.0:1.3,反应温度80℃,反应时间7.0h,pH值9.0~10.0,产物质量收率89.64%,提纯后纯度93.25%,并对十六胺乙基磺酸钠的应用性能进行了测定.The sodium-2-(N-hexadecyl) amino ethyl sulfonate was synthesized from hexadecyl amine and sodium 2-byomoethyl sulfonate. The factors of its synthesis were studied in detail. The optimum conditions were obtained as follows: the molar ratio of hexadecyl amine: sodium 2-bromoethyl sulfonate =1.0:1.3, reaction temperature 80 ℃, reaction time 7.0 h, pH 9.0-10.0, the yield of SHES is 89.64 % and its purity is 93.25 %. The application properties of SHES were measured.
