摘　　要：根据铁路货车轮对除锈探伤的工艺和生产要求,研制了新型的同步除锈机.新除锈机采用机械传动方式驱动除锈转刷对轴身除锈,同时通过单个液压缸调整安装角度的方式对防尘板座除锈.该系统采用可编程序控制器实现了自动控制.By the before detection, The brush of the dust-proof plate i requirement of the wagon wheel descale technics and manufacturing which is needed a new type automatic synchronizing deruster was developed to realize these functions. new facility descaling the axle body is driyen by a mechanism and at the meantime the s descaled by adjusting the mounting angle of the single hydraulic cylinder.
