摘 要:目的研究金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)胶乳凝集试验及spa基因序列改变与万古霉素耐药的关系。方法检测体外诱导对万古霉素耐药金葡菌过程中的金葡菌胶乳凝集试验结果改变情况,并利用单链构象多态性(SSCP)技术及DNA测序分析金葡菌spa基因序列有无改变。结果3株对万古霉素产生中介耐药的金葡菌在诱导过程中胶乳凝集试验发生改变,其中2株金葡菌spa基因序列有改变。结论spa基因碱基序列的改变,可能与金葡菌对万古霉素耐药有一定关联。Objective To evaluate the changes of latex agglutination test and spa gene sequences of Staphylococcus aureus and its relationship with vancomycin resistance. Methods The latex agglutination test were detected during the inducing process of resistant strains in vitro, DNA sequences of spa gene were examined by polymerase chain reaction-sigle strand cont-ormation polymorphism(PCR-SSCP) method and were identit-ied by sequencing. Results The results of latex agglutination test in 3 strains of moderate vancomycin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus changed and the altered DNA sequences of spa gene in 2 strains were found. Conclusion The variation of the DNA sequences of spa gene is probably linked to vancomycin resistance in Staphylococcus aureus.
