摘 要:煤气化制气炉粗煤气中含有较高浓度粉尘、水、焦油等杂质,影响了CO变换工艺的有效运行,导致操作费用大大增高。论述了原有除尘系统的工艺流程及其存在的问题,为解决此问题采用专利技术HGSF/80粗煤气净化成套装置的改造方案及运行情况。该装置经生产实践考核,完全满足了粗煤气除尘系统的净化要求,且在经济效益及改善生产环境等方面得到了满意的结果。The raw coal gas produced by coal gasification furnace contains high-concentration dust, water, tar and other impurities, which influences the effective operation of CO conversion process and causes high operation cost, The technological process of the original dust removal system and the existing problems, the reconstruction scheme of using the patent technology "HGSF complete equipment for purification of raw coal gas" to solve the problems and the equipment operation are discussed. After the productive test, the equipment can fully meet the purification requirement for the raw coal gas dust removal system, and the satisfactory results are obtained in terms of economic benefits and productive envi- ronment improvement.
