摘　　要：个别预防论是刑罚根据论的重要内容,其对自由、秩序和矫正犯罪人都具有极其重要的价值,对促进刑罚功能的准确认识和犯罪学、刑事政策学的发展和完善都具有重要的历史功绩。Individual prevention theory is an important content of the theory on penalty basement. It is valuable to freedom, order and criminal correction. Individual prevention theory has important historical achievements in promoting precise knowledge of the function of penalty, developing and perfecting crimi-nology and criminal policy.
