摘　　要：从图书馆业务流程重组的概念与内涵出发,分析图书馆业务流程的现状,从观念、组织机构、服务层次等方面论述图书馆业务流程的重组.The thesis analyses the current situation of library business process, the concept of library business process reengineering, and way for broadening the content of library business reengineering, in terms of service notion, organizations, different customers, and so on.
