摘 要:目的:探讨CTLA4对乙型肝炎的免疫调节作用。方法:根据已公布的CTLA4核酸序列,设计并合成CTLA4 siRNA,转染乙肝患者外周血淋巴细胞并观察淋巴细胞增殖反应指数的变化。结果:用CTLA4特异siRNA转染后,慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血淋巴细胞增殖反应指数增加,与阴性对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:抑制CTLA4有助于慢性乙型肝炎患者细胞免疫的增强。Objective: To investigate the immune regulation role of CTLA4 siRNA On hepatitis B. Methods: According to CTLA4 gene sequence deposited in Genbank, CTLA4 siRNA was designed, synthesized, and then it was tmnsfected into peripheral blood lyrnphocytes separated from patients with hepatitis B, and lymphocyte proliferation index was observed. Results: After being transfected by specific CTLA4 siRNA, the lymphocyte proliferation index in patients with chronic hepatitis B was increased, which was higher than that of the negative control group (P〈0.05). Conclusions: Inhibiting CTLA4 is helpful to the immunity enhancement of patients with chronic hepatitis B.
