摘 要:目的:以翅茎香青的茎、叶和花为研究对象,测定其总黄酮含量及其黄酮粗提物对羟自由基(OH·)和超氧自由基(O_(2^-)·)的清除能力。方法:用索氏提取法以乙醇(95%)为溶剂提取翅茎香青各部位的黄酮物质,采用紫外分光光度法对各部位总黄酮含量以及黄酮粗提物对OH·及O_(2^-)·的清除率进行测定。结果:实验结果表明:翅茎香青花的总黄酮含量较高,对OH·的清除作用也较好,其叶的黄酮粗提物对O_(2^-)·的抑制作用较好。结论:翅茎香青茎、叶和花的黄酮粗提物时OH·和O_(2^-)·均具有一定的清除活性,这将为我们日后的研究工作起到铺垫及导向作用。Objective: To study the extraction and OH. and O2·scavenging capacities of the total flavonoids and its content from the stalks, leaves and flowers of Anaphalis sinica Hance form. Pterocanla (Franeh, et Savat. ) Ling, Methods: The flavonoids compositions were extracted by Soxlet extraction with ethanol (95 %). The total flavonoids content and OH. and O2· scavenging capacities were determined by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry. Results: The results show that the flowers contain more total flavonoids than the stalks and leaves. The extractions from the flowers have good antioxidation to the hydroxyl free radicals, while the extractions from the leaves have good antioxidation to the oxygen free radicals. Conclusions: The flavonoids extractions from the flowers, stalks and leaves are of certain clearing activities for OH. and O2·,which will he helpful to our further study.
