摘　　要：他汀类药物具有抗动脉粥样硬化的多向作用。其多向作用机制与他汀分子结构及其代谢过程有关,固醇调节素结合蛋白(SREBP)参与调节。他汀抑制血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)的增生和迁移,激活VSMC的SREBPs,抑制VSMC对血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达。本文综述SREBP调节他汀类药物对VSMC的作用。Statins have：antiatherosclerotic pleiotropic effects,which is related to their molecular structure and metabolic process, but sterol regulatory element binding proteins （SREBP） participate in this regulation process. Statins inhibit the proliferation and immigration of vascular smooth muscle cells （VSMC）, activate the SREBPs on vascular smooth muscle cells, and inhibit the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） on vascular smooth muscle cells. Effect of statins on VSMCs by Regulating SREBPs has been reviewed in this paper.
