摘  要:黄芪甲苷为中药黄芪中提取皂苷的主要成分。数十年来,已对它的药代动力学、药理作用和机制进行了广泛研究,取得了很大进展。目前已知它具有与血浆蛋白结合率高,肝肺中分布较高,脑中含量较低等特点,并且具有正性肌力,舒张血管,保护血管内皮细胞,抗炎,抗病毒等多方面作用,这些作用是通过阻止钙离子的释放、转运和积聚,依赖内皮的NO-CGMP途径,清除氧自由基等途径来实现的,已有效应用于心、脑、血管疾病和其他疾病的治疗。它的作用与机制仍有待于进一步的研究。Astragaloside Ⅳ (AST) is the main saponin extracted from the traditional Chinese medicine astragali. The pharmacokinetics, pharmacological action and the mechanism of AST have been investigated extensively since several decades ago, and much advancement has been made. At present, it is well known that AST owns a lot of features, including the high rate of plasma protein binding, the high content in liver and lung but low in brain, positive inotropism, vasodilator effect, protecting the vascular endothelial cell, anti-inflammatory, antivims and so on. These general biological activities are attributed to inhibiting the release, transportation and accumulation of calciumion, to the endothelium-dependent NO-CGMP pathway and to the scavenging oxygen free radical and others. So, we have utilized it for the treatment of the cordis, cerebral, vascular and other diseases. It is necessary and imperative that the research work of AST should be explored further so as to make full use of it.
