临床不合理用药分析及其管理措施

摘　　要：目的探讨医院用药不合理情况及加强药物使用的管理措施。方法随机抽取我院2006年10月至2007年10月门诊处方及住院病历医嘱19860张(份),对其不合理用药处方进行评价。结果通过各方面药物不合理使用的分析,在抽取的19860张(份)中,不合格为621张(份),不合格率为3.13%。结论通过一系列加强用药管理的措施才能提高我院处方和医嘱的质量,促进合理用药,保障医疗安全。Objective To explore the condition of irrational drug use and strengthening the management measure of drug use. Methods Ninteen thousands and eight hurdreds and sixty prescriptions were randomly selected from October,2006 to October,2007 in OPD and wards of our hospital,and irrational drug use were investigated. Results Ana- lyzing every aspects of irrational drug use in 19860 prescriptions,621 prescriptions were unqualified, and the unquali- fied rate was 3.13%. Conclusions In order to improves the prescription quality,promote rational drug use and guarantee medical safety of our hospital, a series of management measure of drug use should be strengthened.
